Care Instructions

How do I care for my bracelet?


Here are some tips from us on how to care for your bracelet.

  1. Although we would love to be channeling the energy of our bracelets 24/7, we would advise you to take the bracelet off before heading for a shower. Our bracelets are not waterproof and the high humidity in the shower may promote oxidation.
  2. We recommend that you wipe the bracelet with a dry cloth after wearing and keep it where humidity will not penetrate.





Orders

How do I measure my wrist?


The easiest way is to use a tape measure. Simply wrap the tape measure around your wrist and note the measurement in inches. If you like a snug fit, use the exact measurement or add .25 inches. If you'd like a looser fit add .25 - .5 inches to your measurement. In the absence of a tape measure, use a piece of string. Wrap it around your wrist and note the size of the string, then compare that size next to a ruler. Please do not estimate or count beads of another bracelet.




Bulk Orders


Want to wear a matching accessory with your loved ones? If you are planning to get bracelets for your bridesmaids, as a wedding or party door gift or for any other purpose, do get in touch with us! We are open to receiving bulk orders (50 pieces and above).




What if I ordered the wrong size?


Since all our products are handmade and not mass-produced, we cannot offer exchanges. However, here are two options you can consider:

  1. Gift it to someone else and order another bracelet
  2. We are able to restring your bracelet for you in the correct size. However, the cost for 2-way shipping will be borne by you. Do note that the product must be mailed by USPS First-Class Mail, with a tracking number.




Does the bracelet look like the photo on the online store?


Our products are photographed in a photo studio where the presence of artificial light may result in small or fine differences. Please also take into account that all products are handmade and small adjustments may be made to the product.




Can I still order my bracelet if it is not available or sold out?

Have a braid in mind that you don’t see here? Get in touch with us! We will be more than happy to create a one of a kind PoPstring bracelet with your preferred braid, beads, or PoP symbol. Please take note that the price may vary from the products listed, depending on the complexity of the design. Send your inquiries by email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.




What if I do not like my bracelet?


Within 14 days from order date you have a right of return or right of revocation. Simply return the bracelet unprocessed and original packed together with the delivered delivery note or the enclosed invoice to us. We would be delighted to receive a short information about why you should return the goods to us. Shipping the bracelet back to us is at your own expense

We accept Paypal, as well as PayLah! and PayNow (payable to UEN: 53373701W).

What should I do if my bracelet is broken?


We check the condition of every bracelet and pack it with care before sending them out. In the unfortunate event that your bracelet breaks, please write an email to us at (insert email) so that we can further advise you.




How do I return my order?


Local If you are not satisfied with the received order, you may return it for exchange or refund within 14 days. We only accept exchanges at the SCWO office at 96 Waterloo Street, Singapore 187967. Please contact us before dropping by the office. The items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and unaltered in any form. International You may return the item for refund within 14 days. Please contact us before returning any items. We will refund your purchase once we have received and checked that it is in good condition. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Please note that the returning postage fee will not be covered unless the item is damaged or broken due to our negligence.
All sale items cannot be exchanged.

Yes, you can indicate a delivery address different from the invoice in the checkout.




Is there additional cost for mailing and shipping?





Local Delivery (Singapore)


We currently offer free local delivery via SingPost Standard Mail and delivery typically takes 3 working days. Alternatively, you may collect your purchase from the SCWO office at 96 Waterloo Street, Singapore 187967. Strictly no walk-ins, only by prior appointment.




International Shipping


Every endeavour will be made to ship all items within 3 days of receiving full payment. A flat rate of $10.00 will be charged for international shipping. International orders will be shipped via SingPost Registered Mail with a tracking number. We will be sending a shipping confirmation email once your order is on its way.​​ Delivery can often take 14 -20 working days and will be subject to possible custom checks. Delays cannot be predicted and PoPstrings Project cannot be held responsible for any and all delays once a package has left Singapore. All customs charges, duties or levies are the responsibility of the buyer and are not collected by PoPstrings Project.
